This hybrid role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver business-critical IT solutions across a range of enterprise systems, working closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams.About the RoleAs a key member of the IT and Business Transformation team, you will evaluate and optimise existing processes, gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, and lead the delivery of technology-driven solutions. You’ll be working across multiple departments to improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives.Core skills & experience for this Technical Business Analyst role;

4+ years' experience in business analysis (ideally within financial/professional services)
Strong stakeholder management and process improvement skills
Hands-on with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Microsoft 365)
Experience across project lifecycles and business system changes
Ideally certified (CBAP, PMP, ITIL)
